How does 30-minute delivery work? Which areas in Bangalore are covered?

Place your order and we dispatch it immediately from our Bangalore fulfilment centre. Your fashion, beauty, and lifestyle picks arrive as fast as possible. We deliver across Koramangala, Indiranagar, HSR Layout, Jayanagar, BTM Layout, JP Nagar, Whitefield, Electronic City, Marathahalli, Bellandur and surrounding areas. Customers outside Bangalore receive pan-India shipping with standard delivery in 3–5 business days.

Are your products 100% authentic? Where do you source them from?

Every product on ZAVE is 100% authentic. We source directly from verified brand distributors and authorised sellers. All products are quality-checked before leaving our fulfilment centre. Fragrances come with original packaging, intact batch codes and manufacturer seals.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on all orders across India with no extra charges. We also accept UPI apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, credit cards, debit cards and net banking.

What is your return and exchange policy? Which items cannot be returned?

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags intact. Items that cannot be returned include innerwear, bodysuits, shapewear, opened skincare products, beauty products and used fragrances.

How do I cancel or modify an order after placing it?

Bangalore orders are dispatched quickly so cancellation requests must be made within 5 minutes of placing the order. Pan-India orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. Once dispatched the order cannot be cancelled but eligible items can be returned under the 7-day return policy.
