1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, downloading, installing, or using the ZAVE website (“Website”), or placing an order for any products or services through the ZAVE platform (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the “User”) and ZAVE (“we”, “us”, or “our”). If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use or access any part of the ZAVE Platform.
Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years of age to independently use the ZAVE Platform. Users under 18 may only use the Platform with parental or legal guardian consent and under such supervision.
2. Nature of Service
ZAVE is a quick-commerce platform specializing in the rapid delivery of fashion apparel, accessories, and beauty products. We partner with local brands and retailers to enable rapid delivery - targeting a 30-minute delivery window from order confirmation. ZAVE acts as an intermediary, facilitating the connection between Users, partner vendors, and delivery providers.
3. User Responsibilities
As a User, you agree and acknowledge that:

Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and updated information, including your name, delivery address, and contact details. Errors may result in failed deliveries, ineligible refunds, or denied service.

Availability: You or your authorized recipient must be available at the delivery location during the delivery window. Failure may result in your order being marked undeliverable with no refund.

Lawful Use: You will use the Platform strictly for lawful purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Respectful Conduct: Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or unlawful conduct towards ZAVE personnel, delivery partners, or fellow users is strictly prohibited.

Safety: You must respect the safety and dignity of our delivery partners. Breaches will result in immediate suspension of your account.
4. Orders, Delivery & Timelines

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled only within two (2) minutes of confirmation and only if a delivery partner has not yet been dispatched. After this window, cancellations are not permitted and charges may apply.

Delivery Timelines: ZAVE aims to deliver within approximately 30 minutes, but actual delivery times may vary based on real-time conditions such as traffic or weather. Delivery times are estimates.

Failed Deliveries: If we are unable to reach you due to invalid contact details or incomplete address, your order will be returned and marked undelivered. No re-delivery attempt will be made. A 10% inconvenience fee will be deducted; the balance will be refunded.

Unattended Delivery: If you instruct our delivery partner to leave your order unattended, ZAVE is not liable for any subsequent damage, theft, loss, or non-receipt.
5. Product Returns & Refunds
ZAVE offers a clear and customer-friendly return policy:

7-Day Return Policy: You may request a return for any reason - including change of mind - within seven (7) days of delivery, provided the item is eligible for return.

How to Initiate: Contact ZAVE customer support within 7 days of delivery via our website contact form, live chat, or email (info@zaveus.com).

For issues related to product damage, defect, or mis delivery, supply clear photographic or video proof; for change-of-mind returns, a brief reason (optional) helps us improve.

Return Process: Once approved, delivery partner will schedule a pickup and confirm collection via photograph at the time of handover.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed as ZAVE credits (valid for 30 days) or, at your request and subject to eligibility, via your original payment method. Refunds are typically initiated within 2-7 business days after returned item passes inspection.

Conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for items marked non-returnable on the product page or returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition.
6. Payments

Payment Methods: ZAVE accepts UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

COD: You are responsible for paying the full and exact amount to the delivery partner.

Over/Underpayment: Discrepancies will not be adjusted or refunded.

Refund Processing: Refunds (where permitted) or from ZAVE-cancelled orders are processed within seven (7) business days, primarily as ZAVE credits or, at our discretion, to your original payment method.
7. Cancellation by ZAVE
ZAVE reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

Suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or violations of law.

Product unavailability or sourcing issues.

Technical, operational, or system errors.
Refunds for ZAVE-initiated cancellations will be processed within seven (7) business days, as ZAVE credits or, where applicable, to your original payment method.
8. Delivery Partners

Role: ZAVE’s delivery partners are third-party service providers and are not employees or agents of ZAVE.

Limited Liability: ZAVE is not responsible for the conduct of delivery partners beyond scheduled deliveries.

Conduct Policy: Abuse or harassment toward delivery partners is grounds for immediate account suspension.
9. User-Generated Content
By submitting any reviews, ratings, feedback, photos, videos, or other content (“User Content”) to ZAVE, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable license for its use in promoting ZAVE’s business and services.

Content Standards: User Content must not infringe third-party rights, must be accurate, respectful, non-offensive, and non-defamatory.

Moderation: ZAVE reserves the right to remove or edit user content at any time, without notice.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the ZAVE Platform (including but not limited to text, graphics, code, designs, and other media) is the exclusive property of ZAVE or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners and are used with permission.
11. Privacy & Data
ZAVE collects, stores, and uses user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to our privacy practices.

Call Recording: Calls with our support team or delivery partners may be recorded for quality and dispute resolution.

Data Sharing: Data may be shared with third parties or authorities as required by law or operational necessity.
12. Taxes & Invoices

Compliance: All orders are issued with a GST invoice per applicable law.

GST Details: If you provide your GSTIN/tax info at checkout, it will be included on your invoice. You are responsible for ensuring its accuracy.
13. Platform Changes
ZAVE may modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time. We may revise these Terms at our discretion; changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use signifies acceptance.
ZAVE may suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of these Terms, fraud, or conduct deemed harmful.
14. Liability Disclaimer
The ZAVE Platform and all related content, information, products, and services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. ZAVE is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages - including lost profits, data, or goodwill - even if advised of the possibility.
